what works for you?
I know not a whole lot of people read this, but I'll throw a question out there...what really lifts you up when you're down, blah, not centered? Hopefully by now you've figured a few things out....maybe we can encourage each other like that....with interesting ideas.....I'll share mine...but not yet.

Amy!!! you're back. sorry I didnt get you the CD in time. things were a little hectic for both of us I think.
What works for me...taking a walk...eating some twix, mountain dew, getting a hug, taking a nap, watching a movie, going for a drive (with good music of course)....and of course most of the time I'm feeling down, I'll be talking to God asking Him to give me peace. Thats pretty key.
Today I need some cheering up...perhaps a date w/God @ starbucks will work. what'ya think?
funny, I was down earlier too...and today was the one day this week my mom decided to give me a call, simply to say "I love you and I'm very proud of you". It was so random, but so perfectly timed. Thats all God.
I think you need some time with God, and a little caffeine cant hurt either. I've had a few Mountain Dews today....
I'm actually heading out to a coffeeshop myself, later on. 49 West, I love that place.

a funny picture of this cat cheers me up. Some times I just fire up Google and type something random in the image finder and that usually cheers me up as well.... How do you think I came up with this cat?
